Order Processing

Orders within India are shipped via our courier partner, DTDC. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the time you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that the tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Delivery Issues

Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 days from the date of dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@hawtea.in with your order number and a description of the issue.

Replacements & Delivery Timeframe

In the case of approved replacements for damaged or incorrect items, the replacement order will be processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via standard delivery. Please allow 5–7 business days for the replacement to reach you from the date of dispatch. Kindly revert back to us at support@hawtea.in for any further queries or updates regarding your replacement.

Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

hawtea.in is not responsible for missed deliveries or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please verify all shipping details carefully before completing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.
