Return Policy

Haw Tea may accept returns on products purchased directly from hawtea.in if the following conditions are met:

• Return Window: Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
• Order Confirmation: Please provide your order number as proof of purchase when initiating a return.

Eligible Returns

Our dietary products are eligible for returns under the following circumstances:

• Physical Damage During Shipping: If your product arrives visibly damaged from shipping, you may return it for a replacement or a refund.
